Sculpture of the Argentine Lola Mora made in marble of Carrara, granite and basaltic stone. The original idea was to place this sculpture in the Plaza de Mayo, but the sensuality of this work was not considered appropriate to be located a few meters from the Cathedral, so it was finally inaugurated in 1903 in the present intersection of the streets Leandro N. Alem and President Peron. In 1918 it was moved to its present location in the South Costanera.
